Bangor's European Market is Maine's only indoor/outdoor year round farmers' market that is a foodie's delight! Every Saturday morning, you will find lots of European and international foods and gifts. Our vendors include farmers with fresh produce, meats, poultry, eggs, and cheese, but also French, German, Greek, Lebanese, Caribbean, Filipino, and American cuisine. Seasonally we're joined by a fisherman selling his Alaskan salmon and Maine scallops. We have handmade baby and toddler items; and lots of fresh plants and flowers from Sunnyside Greenhouse. Great experience. Nice selection from over a dozen local sellers, from delicious prepared entrees and desserts, to fresh produce and meats, to beautiful craft items. Everyone was very friendly and quick to offer information. Definitely check it out.

Just had to review the amazing dolmas and baklava from this place. Amazing and unbelievably cheap. We’ll definitely be back!

The gentleman man, this flower shop seemed very kind. There’s not a lot of flowers to just take as an arrangement to someone however, there are a lot of flowers to take home and if you want to plant some hydrangeas. Apparently they sell venison meat on Saturdays venison of red deer, which is apparently a delicatessen in Europe. Let’s hope they are selling it there this Saturday.

Very tight squeeze to walk through. No problem with parking. The food was good that was offered, as everyone had samples. Wish they had more Eastern european food vendors. Maybe in the spring summer time.

Checked out Bangor European Market today as I have never been. It is small with not alot of walking area. It is clearly a popular place to go as I was there one hour after open and they were busy. They are open 830a-1230p on Saturdays with side of the road parking. Lots of diverse foods here. Pastries, desserts, different meats, some hot to go foods as well if your looking to try something different. I saw Vietnamese and Cuban foods among others. Also jewelry and homeade soap and so much more. Definitely worth checking them out. I picked up some goat meat from Georges Road Farm for a curry I am making this week. Will update later on the goat meat. The goat meat was tender, juicy and flavorful and a perfect addition to my curry.
